SOFTWARE THAT STARTS WITH A BUSINESS QUESTION.EXPLORE / UNDERSTAND / IMAGINE

THE DEMONSTRATOR COLLECTION

See the workflow.
Find the possibility.

These are working explorations of what purpose-built software can do. Each starts with a familiar operational problem and follows it through to a decision, an action and a measurable result.

Use the guided previews below, then launch the full demos. All scenarios use illustrative data. They show development possibilities, not a subscription product or claimed client results.

THE SOFTWARE IS ONLY PART OF IT

Your operation.
Your rules.
A better way to work.

The most useful starting point is rarely “we need AI”. It is a decision that takes too long, a handover that keeps breaking, or an opportunity that nobody has time to follow up.

These demos are starting points for that conversation. A production system needs to fit your people, your data and the tools you already use. The aim is to make the workflow dependable, with automation where it helps and human judgement where it matters.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Start with the actual work

Map the process, the exceptions and the cost of delay. Agree what success would look like before choosing the technology.

02 / PROVE

Make the idea tangible

Test a focused workflow with realistic scenarios. Let the people who do the work challenge the assumptions.

03 / CONNECT

Fit the existing operation

Define data sources, approvals, permissions and integration boundaries. Build around systems that still do their job well.

04 / IMPROVE

Measure what changes

Pilot with agreed measures, review the exceptions and refine the workflow before expanding it.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before you explore.

Are these finished products we can subscribe to?

They are custom-development demonstrators. The purpose is to make a potential workflow concrete, so you can explore how it might be adapted to your operation. A production scope, delivery plan and commercial proposal would be agreed separately.

Can this work alongside our current systems?

That is a useful starting point for the design. Integration depends on the interfaces, permissions and data quality of your existing tools. We would assess those constraints before committing to a production approach.

What does the AI actually do?

The collection explores document extraction, explanations, prioritisation and recommendations within operational workflows. The demos use seeded scenarios and simulated logic; they do not establish the accuracy of a production model. A real implementation would need evaluation against your data and clear review rules.

Can we try the demos without changing real records?

Yes. These are demonstration scenarios. They do not send real messages, dispatch drivers, collect payments or certify safety decisions. Use each demo’s reset controls to replay the workflow. The full hosted demos may require authorised access.

Is KeepApp only building software for trucking?

This collection focuses on US trucking. The wider conversation is about the workflow you want to improve. Visit KeepApp to explore the business-led software development approach and discuss your requirements.

A QUESTION WORTH EXPLORING

What would your team do
with less work
in the way?

Bring a process that feels harder than it should. We can start with the bottleneck, explore the possibilities and work out whether tailored software is the right next move.
